As a Commercial Finance Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping drive profitable growth through financial insights, pricing strategy, customer profitability analysis, and trade investment optimization.
This is an opportunity to influence key business decisions, support customer growth initiatives, and help shape the commercial strategy of one of the nation's leading Hispanic food brands.
Power the Growth- Partner with Sales Leadership to drive profitable growth through customer, channel, and category performance analysis.
- Lead forecasting and planning activities for revenue, trade spend, volume, and gross margin across retail and foodservice channels.
- Develop actionable insights on customer profitability, pricing strategies, product mix, and promotional effectiveness.
- Optimize trade investment decisions by analyzing ROI and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance.
- Support customer negotiations with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability recommendations.
- Deliver business performance reporting and executive-level insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management teams to achieve business objectives.

Bring Your BoldnessAttitudes to Win- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 6+ years of Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Finance, or Revenue Growth Management experience.
- Strong expertise in customer profitability, pricing strategy, trade spend management, and sales forecasting.
- Experience partnering directly with Sales and Commercial teams to influence business decisions.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with D365, Power BI, TPM systems, or other business intelligence and reporting tools preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving results.

Skills Required
