Job Description
As a Commercial Finance Manager, his/her main role is to act as both a controller as well as business partner with servicing team to provide sound financial solution to the Company. Besides that, he/she will also need to work with other stakeholders for various reporting requirements as well as strongly focus on client-related matters.

Scopes:
Commercial Business partnering & controlling:
- Work closely on Client-related matters with various relevant stakeholders directly at detailed level: fees proposal, resources allocation, quotations, ...
- Billing & collection follow up, aging and accrual follow up, including problem solving.
- Lead the process of client contracts
- Billing reconciliation including FX variances
- Accounting & tax & BS review (SAP system)
- Client audit, internal audit
- Control to ensure agreed terms are compliant.
- Manage the business potential new opportunities
Reporting:
- Monthly closing process: including actual & forecast revenue, client costs, spendings, and all related reports.
- Quarterly volume & trade discount report for global consolidation purpose.
- Other client’s related ad-hoc reports as requested by Global/ MD/ DMD/ line manager.
Other tasks as assigned from line manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in finance, auditing or management accounting. Candidate from Big4 audit background is advantageous.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance (strongly preferred).
- Good at English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Be proactive and Take Initiative in working with line manager and finance business partners.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
