What you'll be doing
- Structure, develop, and negotiate sponsorship and media packages across multiple platforms (Pay TV, digital, social media)
- Proactively prospect new clients and commercial opportunities, both directly and through agencies
- Build tailored sales presentations and strategic proposals aligned with client goals and content calendar
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and planning teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of branded activations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales approaches
- Track performance indicators and commercial targets, recommending actions to maximize results
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in media or advertising sales within the sector
- Background in sports, entertainment, or media companies is highly valued
- Strong ability to design and pitch strategic commercial offerings
- Analytical mindset with strong goal orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based in São Paulo, available for hybrid work
