Commercial Executive (Influencer Marketing)
 Which are the requirements ?
  • 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Brand Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, Influencer Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience developing commercial relationships with brands and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, and branded content.
  • Experience identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, proposals, and commercial agreements.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
 Which will be your responsibilities?
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management and Client Services teams to create customized partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, campaign scopes, pricing, and contracts.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Manage the commercial pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial partnerships.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
  • Represent RAW Talent at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand the company's commercial presence.
