The Commercial Development and Sales Executive at SAIM will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and commercial development activities. This role requires a dynamic professional who can identify new market opportunities, foster client relationships, and develop strategies to enhance revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and business development plans.
  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
