Commercial Consultant - Denmark/ Spain

About the role

Within our Commercial Consulting domain, we are looking for Consultants that are eager to join our team of experts within the Sales & Marketing value chain of the life science industry. Our team supports life science customers with everything from business-related activities such as omnichannel strategy definition and process assessments to more technical projects such as end-to-end implementation of platforms and automation of processes using AI.   

As a Consultant, your key responsibilities will include: 

• Conducting process analysis and definitions.

• Requirement gathering on implementation projects. 

• Stakeholder management during implementation projects. 

• Supporting IT and Omnichannel strategy definition and implementation. 

• Change management activities, such as training material creation and training of users.

We are looking for highly motivated ambitious Consultants to cover broadly any project in our Commercial Consultancy space, which may include implementation, optimization, and ongoing consulting across various client projects. The role can be filled both by consultants with a more technical background or consultants who have a business consulting mindset. 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping clients translate business goals into scalable, data-driven marketing solutions. 

On top of this, you have the following competences: 

• 1 to 3+ years of experience within the commercial field, ideally in a project-based setting. 

• Technical understanding is a plus, as many of our projects support the IT organization. 

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva or CRM systems is a plus. 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English. 

• Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently present to diverse audiences 

• Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and curiosity to learn. 

• Comfortable working in agile teams and remote environments. 

It will be a plus if you have these additional capabilities:  

• Experience working with global or regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance). 

• Consulting experience (ideally with firms like Accenture, Deloitte, etc.).
