About The Role:
Are you curious, proactive, highly organised, and ready to build your career in commercial capabilities? At Boston Scientific, we are looking for an ambitious graduate to support the design, development, coordination, and delivery of capability-building initiatives across EMEA, spanning sales, clinical sales, and marketing.
This varied, hands-on role offers exposure to capability strategy, learning programme design, project management, stakeholder engagement, communications, data analysis, digital learning tools, and programme operations. You will work closely with the Commercial Capabilities team and collaborate with stakeholders across divisions, regions, functions, and external partners.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
· Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Commercial Capabilities programmes and strategic initiatives across EMEA.
· Help translate project objectives into clear programme activities, deliverables, timelines, communications, and learning interventions.
· Coordinate meetings, workshops, webinars, learning sessions, participant information, materials, attendance, and follow-up activities.
· Track programme participation, learner engagement, progress, system updates, analytics, and reporting to support reviews, demand planning, and continuous improvement.
· Prepare programme documentation, stakeholder updates, presentations, briefing materials, invitations, and other audience-appropriate communications.
· Build effective working relationships with participants, managers, internal stakeholders, and external learning partners, capturing actions and supporting timely follow-through.
· Support digital learning and collaboration tools, and explore opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve learner experience, programme effectiveness, and team efficiency.
· Contribute to team effectiveness by maintaining accurate project files and trackers, identifying process improvements, taking ownership of assigned deliverables, and adapting positively to changing priorities.
What We Are Looking For In You:
· Recently completed, or close to completing, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related subject.
· Demonstrated interest in commercial excellence or capability building, digital tools and analytics, programme/project management, and sales or marketing enablement.
· Experience through an internship, university project, student organisation, volunteering activity, or early-career role involving project coordination, research, communications, data analysis, or content development would be beneficial.
· Strong organisation, planning, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, maintain attention to detail, and turn information into clear, structured outputs.
· Clear and professional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a constructive, inclusive, and customer-focused approach to collaboration.
· Digital confidence and curiosity, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and an interest in digital learning, learning technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
