Play a pivotal role in our business
As a Commercial Application Engineer, you will manage and negotiate technical risk within the bid process. You will be responsible for the technical/commercial content, technical cost and commercial risk mitigation of the proposals made in reply to Customer’s Request for Quotations.
As a Commercial Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing technical proposals for Condition Monitoring and Protection System solutions to meet customer requirements and technical regulations.
- Working with cross functional teams to create successful solutions to meet customer needs and provide deliverables.
- Updating data on our system, keeping data clean and communicating requirements for order fulfillment to internal teams
- Demonstrating leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment.
- Solving problems, and developing objectives to achieve customer impact and affect short-term and some long-term business goals
- Receiving internal approval for the completed technical and commercial quote package within the required timelines
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in an Engineering field.
- Demonstrate good experience in a Sales or Commercial Engineering role.
- Be fluent in the English and Azeri, Turkish languages and ideally in Russian.
- Be skilled at working with Microsoft Office products and experience in Condition Monitoring Systems.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate good leadership ability
- Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
- Show the ability to multi-task across a wide range of challenges and under tight time pressure.
