What you will do

  • Work with business stakeholders to deeply understand business context and key business questions. 
  • Provide leadership to Data Scientists, managing processes and flow of work, vetting designs, and mentoring team members to realize their full potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions and proposals for commercial teams.
  • Perform benchmark comparisons of business processes to external entities.
  • Design, adapt, and visualize solutions based on evolving requirements and communicate them through presentations, scenarios, and stories.
  • Organize, understand, curate and analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Constructively challenge with the status quo and look for new ways to improve processes and results.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3~5 years of experience in business development or related field.
  • University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • A combination of business focus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic mind and critical thinking.
  • Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
  • MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency
  • Proactive & Positive & innovative mind

Desired Qualifications

  • Business experience and well understanding in marketing, business planning, and performance/growth marketing or relevant fields.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence project teams and stakeholders.
  •  Experience in working with BI Tools (ex. Tableau, Power BI), ETL Tools (ex. SQL Query) and major cloud providers (ex. Snow Flakes)
  • Acquainted with executing data management and associated operational processes (e.g., Data Lifecycle Management, Data Quality standards).
