This role is to enhance sales force effectiveness and drive business growth. You will act as business partner working closely with relevant business owners and cross-functional teams, as well as have mindset to improve analytical methodology to assist data-driven decision making.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:

  • Review and analyze various contract types by channels to well manage life cycles of contracts
  • Understand commercial operation to manage pricing
  • Calculate and manage rebate and service fee of projects in accordance with diversified schemes for business models and monitor accrual versus payout
  • Manage sales target and monitor performance
  • Ensure all commercial activities strictly adhere to internal policies, legal standards and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and flag potential commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with project team to data cleaning, conversion, and user acceptance testing for ERP migration
  • Drive pipeline health and hygiene metrics into business processes, efficiently managing full lifecycle of opportunities conversion
  • Develop in-depth business analysis and synthesize adopting multiple sources to deep dive into business dynamics and value chain, as well as ensure data accuracy, maximize data visibility and enhance quality
  • Participate in execution of digitalization and AI-powered related projects, ensure that projects are aligned with strategy, deliver training program within timeline

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience in sales operation, commercial/data analysis or related
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL or other analytics & visualization tools
  • Fluent in English written and oral communication
  • Excellent business-oriented mindset and problem-solving skill
  • Good team player with self-motivation and ownership
  • Strong logic & analytical thinking, number-sensitive
  • Able to work under pressure and proactive with detail-oriented, precise
