Commercial Account Management (CAM):
This position can be located at any of our branches! This position is Full Time Monday through Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm) + On Call
Responsibilities of CAM:
- Provide administrative support for commercial and large-loss projects, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, files, and billing readiness materials.
- Support Time & Materials (T&M) clerking, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to collect and submit required documentation, following client or insurance carrier guidelines.
- Monitor project files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Maintain organized records within internal systems and client portals to ensure accessibility and consistency.
- Provide on-site project support and clerking assistance during large-loss mobilizations as needed.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative support, project coordination, billing support, or operations preferred.
* Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or service-based industries preferred.
* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through, accountability, and commitment to accuracy.
* Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
* Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support large-loss projects.
* Familiarity with T&M billing and platforms – Clerk of the Works (COW), preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software platforms.
