The Role
The Commerce Operations Officer will lead meetings across teams, monitor pipeline status, manage contract renewals, and ensure operational readiness within revenue operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, PMO, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, delivery cycles, and contract management workflows.
  • Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline data and drive actions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.

Skills Required
