Your Mission (What You'll Do):

Build and present accurate, multi-option estimates for new/replacement HVAC systems alongside our technical experts.

Present proposals (in-person/Zoom), explain financing options, and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure sales close.

Ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation by coordinating closely with the Install, Dispatch, and Service teams.

Meet and exceed ambitious KPIs (sales, revenue, close rate, etc.).

Position Type: Full-time, Commission-Based (High earning potential!)

Schedule: shifts vary - generally 7AM – 5PM or until completion. Occasional weekends required.
