Organization & Team Overview
The Comcast Business Marketing Team supports the deployment of new products and enhancements across the Small Business (SMB) and Enterprise (ENT) sales channels. The team is responsible for communicating current initiatives, promotions, and campaigns, while also managing sponsorships, events, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.
Role Description
As a Comcast Business Marketing Intern, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of marketing functions that support both SMB and ENT sales teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn foundational marketing tactics, understand campaign execution, and explore the day-to-day structure of a corporate marketing environment.
Throughout the internship, you will:
- Assist with basic marketing activities that support product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Participate in campaign tracking and ROI analysis to understand business impact.
- Help organize sponsorship efforts and track related invoicing and payments.
- Attend and support marketing events, including pre-event planning and post-event communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain insight into Comcast Business operations.
By the end of the internship, you’ll have a broader understanding of marketing categories, practical experience in campaign execution, and a clearer view of how marketing supports business strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support marketing and sales efforts related to product deployment and campaign execution.
- Assist with ROI tracking and reporting for marketing initiatives.
- Help organize sponsorship activities and manage invoice and payment tracking.
- Attend marketing events and assist with communications before and after.
- Contribute to reporting and consolidation of campaign performance metrics.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Communication Skills – Able to express ideas clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
- Curiosity & Willingness to Learn – Eager to explore different areas of marketing and ask thoughtful questions.
- Organization & Time Management – Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Content Creation & Editing- Basic writing or editing skills for marketing materials, email or social posts.
- Team Collaboration – Enjoys working with others and contributing to shared goals.
- Basic Analytical Thinking – Comfortable reviewing data and drawing simple insights.
- Digital Awareness – Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools is a plus.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency – Especially PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and tracking
- Preferred Majors: Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business, Business Analytics
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
- Rising Junior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2027 - Spring 2028)
- Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
- Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Base Pay: $22.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
