The AI Robot Association (AIRoA) is a general incorporated association driving technological innovation and real-world implementation through the integration of AI and robotics. Our PR team is currently transitioning from ad-hoc execution to a strategic phase focused on structured, long-term planning. To support this growth, we are seeking a core founding member who will actively manage hands-on daily operations—such as press releases and social media—while directly contributing to message design and building our overall PR infrastructure from the ground up.

AIロボット協会（AIRoA）は、ロボットとAIの融合で技術革新と社会実装を目指す一般社団法人です。広報はいま、都度対応から“計画的な運用と型づくり”へ移行するフェーズ。プレスリリースやSNSなどの日々の実務を自ら手を動かして回しながら、メッセージ設計や広報基盤づくりにも関わる、立ち上げ期の中核メンバーを募集します。

1. Planning, drafting, and distributing press releases (establishing a steady cadence of 2–3 releases per month)
2. Managing owned media, including official site news and social media accounts (X / LinkedIn)
3. Handling media relations and inbound press inquiries
4. Directing and defining requirements for creative assets and web content, such as videos and flyers (partnering with external vendors for actual production)
5. Leading PR direction and holistic presentation strategy for events and conferences (clarifying objectives to guide booth design and event presence)
6. Building PR infrastructure (developing media kits, key spokesperson profiles, review workflows, and core messaging)
7. Drafting and reviewing English materials for global communications

In this role, you will serve as a bridge—translating and communicating the value of a flagship Japanese national project to audiences both in Japan and abroad in a clear, compelling way. With Physical AI drawing intense global spotlight, media inquiries naturally flow in without requiring aggressive outreach, giving you the rare opportunity to actively design and establish the organization’s foundational messaging standards. Representing a high-profile consortium of leading corporations, universities, and research institutions, you will engage with a diverse network of stakeholders as the public face of the project—one of the most rewarding aspects of this position.

As AIRoA ramps up full-scale operations and scales its outreach, our PR function is transitioning from a reactive, ad-hoc approach to strategic, planned operations. To support this growth, we are expanding our compact PR team and seeking a proactive candidate who can independently manage daily execution while collaborating with us to build our PR infrastructure and craft our core messaging.

本格稼働に伴い発信量が増える中、AIRoAの広報は「都度対応」から「計画的な広報運用」へと移行するフェーズにあります。今回は、少人数の広報チームを増員し、日々の実務を自走で回しながら、メッセージ設計や広報基盤づくりまでを一緒に進めてくださる方を募集します。

Upon joining, you will first dive into hands-on daily operations—such as press releases, social media management, media relations, and event PR—to develop a deep understanding of AIRoA’s business, technology, and stakeholders. From there, you will step into high-level strategic initiatives, including stakeholder-specific messaging design, establishing PR KPIs and continuous improvement (PDCA) frameworks, and structuring brand and PR processes. Over time, we expect you to lead PR as a playing manager and grow into a core member of the team. (Please note: This is a hands-on playing role that requires direct execution.)

入社後はまず、プレスリリース・SNS・取材対応・イベント広報といった日々の実務を自ら手を動かして担い、AIRoAの事業・技術・ステークホルダーを深く理解していただきます。その上で、ステークホルダー別のメッセージング設計や、広報KPI・PDCAの型づくり、ブランド／広報プロセスの整備といった上流にも関わっていただく想定です。将来的にはプレイングで広報をリードし、チームの中核人材へと成長していただくことを期待しています。（※手を動かすことが前提のプレイングポジションです）

●Required Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in PR or corporate communications (in-house or agency; all years of experience welcome)
2. Hands-on experience managing the full cycle—from planning to execution—in at least one of the following: drafting press releases, media relations, or social media management
3. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to grasp complex business concepts and technology and translate them into clear, accessible prose
4. Project management capability to take ownership of initiatives from ideation to completion (able to set schedules, align diverse stakeholders, and take direct action)
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external partners (working closely with R&D researchers and strategy teams)

1. 広報・PRの実務経験がある方（事業会社・PR代理店等／経験年数は不問）
2. プレスリリース作成・メディア対応・SNS運用のいずれかについて、企画から実行までを担った実務経験
3. 自社の事業や技術を理解し、分かりやすく文章化できるライティング力
4. 企画を立て、責任をもって推進しきれるプロジェクトマネジメント力（スケジュールと関係者を自ら設計・巻き込みでき、動ける方）
5. 社内外と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力（開発＝研究者や戦略メンバーと密に連携）

●Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in directing and defining requirements for creative assets, web content, or video production, with a proven track record of managing projects to completion
2. PR or communications experience in tech-driven sectors such as IT, AI, or robotics
3. Experience in global communications and interfacing with international partners
4. Track record of building PR operations from scratch within a startup or consortium environment
5. Hands-on experience in owned media management, social media campaign planning, or event planning and execution

While remote work is possible, this role is primarily expected to be office-based.

Most of our engineers and researchers also work on-site, conducting research and development directly in front of the robots.

We currently operate out of a spacious office and research facility of over 1,000 m² located in the Ryutsu Center area. In this space, our business teams and engineering teams work in close collaboration, advancing both day-to-day operations and R&D with AI robots always close at hand. The facility is frequently visited not only by members of the AI Robot Association, but also by engineers and researchers from partner companies and representatives from member companies. As a result, it serves as a hub where diverse experts at the forefront of AI and robotics gather and interact.
