This role requires an energetic, dedicated, and detail-oriented person who can manage multiple tasks. This individual is a team player with a willingness to learn and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under supervision, performs miscellaneous clerical, administrative, research, or other work related to the operation of a college or other unit where such work is required on a part-time basis or for a period of limited duration.
  • Performs routine clerical work; may answer and attend to telephone calls; maintain records; operate office machines (such as a copier); sort and distribute mail; issue keys and identity cards, act as a messenger, and perform related tasks as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ORSP administrative processes.
  • Facilitate communication among faculty, staff, Research Foundation personnel, and institutional offices to ensure timely processing of grant-related transactions.
  • Provide guidance and training to faculty and staff on compliance requirements, financial management practices, and reporting procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Core Competencies:

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent skills in writing, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and changing needs and shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Pay Range:

$21 hourly
