About the Role:We are looking for a confident and self-driven Cold Caller – GHL Focused with prior experience selling GoHighLevel / GHL-based solutions. The ideal candidate should understand GHL features, CRM automation, funnels, pipelines, appointment booking, outbound sales, and how to reach local businesses effectively.Experience with LinkedIn Outreach, Facebook DMs, social media DMs, and GHL outreach campaigns will be considered a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients for GHL-based solutions.
  • Reach out to local businesses and identify decision-makers.
  • Bypass or effectively handle receptionists/gatekeepers to reach business owners or key contacts.
  • Explain GHL features such as CRM, workflows, funnels, calendars, automation, pipelines, appointment booking, and lead management.
  • Identify client pain points and position GHL as the right solution.
  • Qualify leads and book demos/discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Handle objections and follow up with prospects consistently.
  • Support outreach through phone, LinkedIn, email, Facebook DMs, social DMs, SMS campaigns, or other channels when required.
  • Use cold calling lead sources and lead extraction tools to support outbound campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
  • Prior experience selling GoHighLevel / GHL / white-labeled GHL solutions.
  • Good understanding of CRM, automation, funnels, sales pipelines, and appointment booking systems.
  • Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
  • Self-starter attitude with strong ownership.
  • Good accent; US-based accent is a plus.
  • Ability to bypass or handle receptionists/gatekeepers.
  • Understanding of how to reach out to local businesses.
  • Understanding and experience with lead sources for cold calling such as Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo, D7 Lead Finder, Google My Business data, Yellow Pages, and similar platforms.
  • Understanding of lead extraction tools and data scraping methods.
  • Understanding and experience with different calling dialers.
  • Experience with Facebook DMs and social DMs specifically for GHL outreach is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in SaaS, digital agency, CRM, or automation sales.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold email, SMS campaigns, Facebook DMs, or B2B lead generation.
  • Familiarity with GHL, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Experience using lead generation tools, calling dialers, and business data platforms.
  • Experience reaching out to local businesses and booking demos for CRM, automation, or marketing solutions.
