Team Mission 🚀
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support OakNorth’s Centre of Excellence across automation, data and AI initiatives. You will work with business and technology teams to help identify opportunities, shape requirements and support delivery of high-impact initiatives across the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business problems and processes to identify automation or AI opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and initiative briefs
- Support business cases, benefit tracking and prioritisation
- Produce clear documentation and presentations for stakeholders
- Support delivery and coordination of CoE initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Interest in AI, automation and digital transformation
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Organised, proactive and able to work across multiple workstreams
- Studying or recently graduated in business, economics, engineering, data or similar
