Job Description- Strong communication skills with both written & spoken and experience in interacting with various client stakeholders.
- Should have strong coded UI Automation skills, having selenium work experience will help
- Experience in offshore – onsite model and Team management skills
- 2-3yrs Experience in leading a test team and ability to manage onsite-offshore teams
- To understand the scope, requirements and create the Test Strategy, Test Plan documents. Review the test cases prepared by teams and get sign off from the client.
- Experience in Requirement analysis, Test cases design &Test Execution
- Should have experience in Functional, Integration testing, System integration, Regression testing and Database testing,.
- Should have good knowledge in SQL scripting at least 2+ years of experience in PL/SQL
- Experience in executing projects in Agile and waterfall methodology.
- Experience in test management tools like TFS, HP ALM etc.
- Experience in Automation tools such as.Net
- To track the Project /Test execution status by preparing daily/Weekly status report with detailed Metrics, detailed pass/fail percentages and the Bug list with priority etc.
- Attend/Conduct defect triage calls with stakeholders and lead from the front.
- Experience in automation testing.
- Strong Knowledge or experience in C#,Net, Coded UI
- Education domain experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
