What’s the role about?
We are expanding our bootcamp offerings in India and seeking a Bootcamp Operations Manager to oversee the seamless execution of our bootcamp programs. This role will be accountable for ensuring high-quality execution and learner experience. You will directly manage bootcamps, as well as recruit and a manage a team of operations associates to help scale operations. This is a high visibility role, where you will work cross functionally – with our instructor, product, and marketing team – to ensure program success. Your responsibilities include:
- Ops team recruitment & management: Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of operations associates – to efficiently and seamlessly manage bootcamp programs
- Instructor support: Program manage instructor deliverables and serve as the dedicated POC. Provide feedback student concerns and problem areas. Help relay instructor feedback to product and marketing teams
- Live session support: Coordinate session setup, monitor live sessions to ensure high quality learning experience, and manage any crisis situations
- Community management: Be the voice of Codecademy for students by handling regular communications about schedules, resources, and recordings. Answer all queries in a timely manner
- Outcome and process management : Ensure completion of surveys, relay all relevant student feedback, and track student satisfaction metrics. Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement via automation, process optimization, etc
What do you need?
We’re looking for an operations rockstar with a strong track record in program management/operations and a passion for education. Here’s what we’re expecting :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer facing operations, program management, or community management roles – across startups, leading technology firms, or FMCG companies
- Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g. Zoom), collaboration software, and program management tools
- 2+ years of experience in building/leading ops focused teams
- Strong drive to work in unstructured and fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Evidence of ‘steep slope’ learning ability and ownership mindset
