The Opportunity

We are Looking for a dynamic Co-ordinator Join the @one Alliance as a Commercial Co-ordinator and play a key part in supporting our commercial teams to deliver critical infrastructure across the region.

As a Commercial Co-ordinator, you’ll support the Central Commercial Team by focusing on the people, processes, and systems that keep the function running effectively.

You’ll play a vital role in

  • supporting onboarding and early careers development, managing communications and documentation

  • Coordinating systems and process improvements

  • Acting as a key link across commercial teams and stakeholders

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivery & Coordination

  • Support onboarding of new team members, including welcome packs, system access, and feedback

  • Coordinate roll-out of new processes, ensuring training and support are in place

  • Organise commercial events and team activities

  • Administer key commercial systems (FastDraft, DocuSign, Payment App)

Commercial Support

  • Manage and update commercial templates, reporting, and documentation

  • Track and communicate key commercial updates across the function

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels (written and verbal)

  • Manage shared inboxes, distribution lists, and key communications

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and tools

  • Support innovation and implementation of new ways of working

  • Challenge current practices and recommend improvements

People Development

  • Support apprentices and graduates in their development journey

  • Coordinate training for new systems and processes

  • Maintain SharePoint, directories, and organisational updates

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

  • Promote a strong “Safer Every Day” culture

  • Ensure compliance with H&S policies and procedures

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and a zero-accident environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience

  • Experience in an administration or coordinator role (essential)

  • Experience in a commercial or project-based environment (desirable)

  • Ability to challenge constructively and collaborate effectively

Key Skills

  • Strong IT skills (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation ability

  • Self-motivated and able to manage conflicting demands
