A blend of a modern Factory meets Soho House meets ANTI, a place where strong community forms at the intersection of technology & health, where entrepreneurs come together, build and feel like home.
We have our first beautiful space already (a wonderful location in Kreuzberg) and are currently setting it up. You'll be a full member of the founding team and have the opportunity to lead operations & marketing onsite. Tasks
Your role involves be part of the founding team with a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
* Being involved in day-to-day strategic planning processes
* Leading the community and healthily growing our membership
* Shaping the brand, voice and vision of the new space(s)
* Handling daily operations and community management
* Managing stakeholders, partnership agreements and supplier relationships
* Leading marketing activities and defining our core channels
* Creating and maintaining an inspiring and trusted (social) media presence
Requirements
* You love building & creating things and taking on responsibility
* Background or degree in Business, Marketing or Creative Field (at least B.Sc.)
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Fluent in English and at least C1 level in German
* Curiosity and passion for technology entrepreneurship & communities
* Previous experience in fast-paced technology startup is a plus
* Being based in Berlin
