Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented CNO Developer with a passion for Reverse Engineering to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and productize proof-of-concept capabilities that demonstrate the operational impact of vulnerabilities in support of customer mission needs
- Apply reverse engineering expertise to analyze software and systems, uncover vulnerabilities, and understand low-level functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design, refine, and deliver effective mission solutions
- Recommend and build tooling that improves team efficiency, scalability, and technical effectiveness
- Contribute to research-driven engineering efforts focused on exploitation, payload development, and vulnerability analysis
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in CNO, CNE, vulnerability research, or research-driven engineering
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source code repositories such as GitLab or Bitbucket
- Experience with development frameworks and tooling for C, C++, and Python
- Proficiency in C, Python, and Assembly
- Strong understanding of low-level systems, software architecture, and secure development practices
- Hands-on experience with debuggers and disassemblers such as GDB, Ghidra, or Binary Ninja
- Familiarity with common offensive security and research toolsets such as Kali Linux and Metasploit
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams
- Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative environment
- Active TS/SCI clearance; ability to obtain a Polygraph
- US Citizenship is Required.
