As a CNO Analyst/Programmer you will lead software design and development of tools and/or end-to-end data flow.
Your responsibilities as a CNO Analyst/Programmer will include:
- Provide/author documentation, lead and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by software development procedures and processes.
- Provide/author and participate in technical presentations.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI+FSP Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
- Minimum 7 years of experience developing in Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments and/or UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniques, 5 of which were for the US Government.
- Minimum 4 years in network sockets programming including developing packet-level programs using expert understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols.
- Expert ability in Unix and/or Windows low-level internals.
