Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Experience operating and programming DMG CNC machines, specifically with two horizontal and two vertical lanes.
- Proficiency in Siemens controllers, with hands-on experience in setup and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in Mastercam for CNC programming and toolpath optimization.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
Education/Experience
- Required Education: B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or related field
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- Strong background in grinding and milling operations for precision machining.
- Prior experience in aerospace or high-accuracy machining environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize machining processes for efficiency.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Salary Range: $75k - $95k
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
