We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts. Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Select, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper function.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
- Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot machine errors and collaborate with supervisors or maintenance when issues arise.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
