About Us:

Available Shifts:
- 1st: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 2nd: Monday-Thursday 3:00om - 1:30am
Pay: Starting at $20/hr. and up based on experience, with shift differential offered for 2nd shift.
Job Description:
- Understand quality and production within company specifications, goals, and objectives.
- Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations; comply with internal ATI practices.
- Support all 6S and lean initiatives.
- Report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain proper training, tools, and materials to carry out his/her duties.
- Prepare tools and equipment for safe and efficient production.
- Read programs and load them to machinery.
- Use gauging tools to read measurements on materials and finished goods.
- Implement the use of cutting tools in the manufacturing process when necessary.
- Troubleshoot the manufacturing process when issues arise.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Have an understanding of how to work with a team.
- Must possess basic computer operation skills
- Ability to complete basic math and read a tape measure
- Some experience in manufacturing
- Fundamental understanding of equipment setup and maintenance
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours
- Ability to bend and squat
- Ability to work in an environment without a controlled temperature
