Available Shifts:

  • 1st: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • 2nd: Monday-Thursday 3:00om - 1:30am

Pay: Starting at $20/hr. and up based on experience, with shift differential offered for 2nd shift.

Job Description:

  • Understand quality and production within company specifications, goals, and objectives.
  • Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations; comply with internal ATI practices.
  • Support all 6S and lean initiatives.
  • Report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
  • Maintain proper training, tools, and materials to carry out his/her duties.
  • Prepare tools and equipment for safe and efficient production.
  • Read programs and load them to machinery.
  • Use gauging tools to read measurements on materials and finished goods.
  • Implement the use of cutting tools in the manufacturing process when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot the manufacturing process when issues arise.
Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Have an understanding of how to work with a team.
  • Must possess basic computer operation skills
  • Ability to complete basic math and read a tape measure
  • Some experience in manufacturing
  • Fundamental understanding of equipment setup and maintenance
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours
  • Ability to bend and squat
  • Ability to work in an environment without a controlled temperature
