Sim Surgical is seeking CNC Machinists in our Mills and Lathes Departments for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and Weekend Shift.
Available Shifts:
1st: Monday-Thursday - 5 am-3:30 pm (4 x 10-hour DAY shifts)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Haas Mills to finish parts or prepare for next operation.
- Work from blueprints, part prints, drawings, and verbal instructions.
- Use precision tools and instruments.
- Capable of working to tight tolerances.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition; follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prefer 1-3 years’ experience with Set-up and operation of CNC Machines, but will train.
- Possess strong math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers including decimals and fractions. Simple reference use of formulas, charts, shop prints, specifications and computer scanning devices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
- Experience with Haas, Okuma, or Tsugami Swiss machines would be beneficial but not required.
