Role Description:As the CMS Product Manager, you will play a vital role in defining and executing the vision and strategy for our CMS, ensuring it effectively supports the creation, management, and deployment of engaging gaming content. Your leadership will enhance our content workflows and drive the product roadmap to meet and exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Establish and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the CMS, aligning with the company's broader business goals.
  • Market and User Insight: Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to guide product decisions and prioritize feature development.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with game development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure the CMS meets their needs for efficient content handling.
  • Technical Translation: Liaise with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks, manage the product backlog, and oversee the engineering process from concept to release.
  • User Experience Focus: Lead user testing and feedback initiatives to refine features, enhancing usability and performance of the CMS.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the impact of changes and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, development, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Expert Guidance: Act as the CMS product expert within the company, providing strategic insights and support to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Candidate Specification – What We’d Like to See from You:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Product Management Expertise: At least 3 years of product management experience, specifically with CMS or related software products, ideally within the gaming industry.
  • CMS Mastery: Strong knowledge of CMS platforms like Drupal or WordPress, understanding their core functionalities and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating complex business needs into technical actions.
