Job Description

Zypp Electric ground operations team is primarily responsible for sourcing, supervising, grievance redressal of riders who work through Zypp platform as delivery partners in various e-commerce, food delivery and bike-taxi aggregation companies. Cluster managers are assigned and stationed at various client/Zypp hubs to supervise daily operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, track and supervise team leaders for rider sourcing and client deliveries.

2. Prepare a daily roster of tasks for team leaders and track competition within timelines.

3. Conduct daily briefings with riders and apprise/motivate them to achieve service standards and metrics

4. Track and monitor the daily attendance of team leaders.

5. Ensure the safety of company assets and recover vehicles when necessary.

6. Ensure high utilization of rented e-vehicles by taking data-backed decisions.

7. Proactively make Decisions and Ensure Efficiency and Effectiveness at the same time.

JD:-

1. Should've handled fleet ground operations in EV logistics category and should aware of ground challenges.

2. Should've good knowledge of excel

3. Should've managed team having at least 5 direct reportees

4. Should be well versed with the geography of DNCR.

5. Local from Delhi/Gurgaon.

6.Good writing and speaking skills

Education and Experience:

1. Must have min 1 Year of hands-on experience in managing blue-collar staff on the ground.

2. Must have min. 3 months in Bike taxi/Cargo businesses,

3. Must be familiar with local areas and routes.

4. Must be able to track, understand and report data on excel and/or google sheets.

Skills Required

Handled fleet ground operations in EV logistics and aware of ground challenges
Good knowledge of Excel
Managed a team with at least 5 direct reportees
Well versed with the geography of DNCR (Delhi NCR)
Local from Delhi/Gurgaon
Good writing and speaking skills
Minimum 1 year hands-on experience managing blue-collar staff on the ground
