About the role
As a DevOps Engineer at Worldpay based in Brazil, you’ll be at the forefront of building and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient on-premises OR cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and performance.
What you will be doing
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Manage Git workflows and branching strategies
Monitor and optimize system/network performance
Automate Linux tasks using Bash and Python
Design scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
Automate provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
Monitor infrastructure using CloudWatch, Nagios, Grafana
Manage deployments with Ansible or Puppet
Containerize apps with Docker; orchestrate via Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift)
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in Linux and DevOps roles.
Strong expertise in Linux, Scripting, AWS system level configuration and container orchestration
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Familiarity with Kafka, OpenShift, and scalable transactional systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
