Responsible for cloud solution design and delivery for strategic Named Accounts in Turkey and Europe, focusing on top-tier clients in retail, e-commerce, finance, manufacturing, and other industries to drive digital transformation and cloud business growth. As a technical expert and trusted advisor, deeply involved in the full lifecycle from pre-sales solution design to post-sales technical support.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Technical Consulting & Solution Design (40%)- Deeply understand customer business requirements and design end-to-end cloud solutions
- Deliver technical solution documents, architecture diagrams, and POC validation plans
- Provide best practices for scenarios including retail e-commerce, SAP migration, database modernization, and AI applications
- Lead customer technical workshops, architecture reviews, and RFP technical responses
- Support sales team in customer technical discussions and business negotiations
- Conduct product demos and technical capability demonstrations
- Assess technical feasibility, define migration paths and implementation plans
- Competitive technical analysis and cost optimization recommendations
- Guide partners in solution implementation and resolve technical challenges
- Participate in critical project acceptance and go-live support
- Handle customer critical technical escalations (P0/P1)
- Conduct regular customer health checks and architecture optimization
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer CTOs/technical leaders
- Organize technical events, develop success stories and industry influence
RequirementsEssential Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Work Experience
- 5+ years of cloud computing or enterprise IT solution experience
- 3+ years of pre-sales solution architect or technical consultant experience
- Experience serving large enterprise clients (annual revenue $10M+)
Technical Skills
- Cloud Computing Fundamentals: Deep understanding of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS architecture, familiar with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP/Alibaba Cloud/Huawei Cloud)
- Compute & Network: Virtualization, containers (Docker/K8s), microservices architecture, CDN, load balancing
- Storage & Database: Object storage, block storage, relational/NoSQL databases, database migration solutions
- Big Data & AI: Understanding of data lake/warehouse architecture, ETL, ML model deployment, LLM applications, AI Agent building
- Security & Compliance: IAM, network security, data encryption, Landing Zone
Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of business scenarios in at least one industry: retail e-commerce, finance, manufacturing, or SAP systems
- Familiar with typical pain points and solution paths for enterprise digital transformation
Soft Skills
- Excellent customer communication and requirement analysis capabilities
- Strong solution presentation and public speaking skills (PPT/Technical Demo)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into customer value
- Project management and cross-team coordination capabilities
- Results-oriented, able to handle sales pressure and target challenges
Language Requirements
- English: Fluent (speaking, listening, reading, writing) as primary working language
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect certification (Professional level)
- Experience with Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, or other Chinese cloud vendors
- E-commerce platform (Shopify/Magento) or SAP implementation experience
- Technical blog, speaking engagements, or open-source contributions
- Led cloud projects valued at $1M+ USD
- Familiar with IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible
