1. Source: A recruiter sources candidates from various sources; the search starts from our proprietary database. Using advanced sourcing methods like social media, professional networking media, internal, and 3rd party job boards, we identify qualified candidates.
2. Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates’ experience and skill sets against our client’s position.
3. Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
4. Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
5. Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.
6. Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.
7. On board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client’s location.

The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) will represent the City’s technical and related business interests in the upcoming Office 365 migration project. CSA will be part of the team tasked with design and implementation of Microsoft Office 365 in multi-domain enterprise environment. The CSA will be responsible for designing the multi-forest migration environment, related toolsets and strategy. The CSA will also be responsible for facilitating outside parties, such as Microsoft’s FastTrack migration team as well as the IT staff from other agencies within the city. This position will also serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for implementation and adoption of Cloud technologies and Office 365 integration. In addition the CSA will be responsible for working to clear any technical roadblocks and solve complex problems that arise during the course of the City’s adoption of the Office 365 platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Design and lead the implementation of technologies such as:

· Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)

· Azure AD Connect

· Exchange 2013 Hybrid Servers

· Author and implement custom scripting to make adjustments to user data or system configurations.

· Lead discussions with other agency representatives to describe the impact of the migration on their various environments

· Handle technical related escalations from other project staff.

· Rationalize and respond to issues identified by FastTrack.

· Communicate project details to project manager(s) and the City’s management as necessary.

· Understand and support the end user experience in coordination with the City’s help desk teams.

· In-depth knowledge of Enterprise O365, Azure, AWS, Windows 2008/2012 Server, Microsoft Exchange 2007/2013/2016, LDAP, High Availability and Active Directory.

· Strong technical experience with Identity management is a must.

· Experience configuring Microsoft Azure ExpressRoute for O365 and mail routing

· Experience integrating Skype for Business Online in Enterprise environment

· Experience in integration and migration of Active Directory and MS Exchange Email into cloud environment.

· Strong PowerShell scripting skill is a must.

· Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Hypervisor, etc.),

· Deep understanding of cloud architecture to include: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-Service (SaaS)

· Performs other related duties as assigned
