Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cloud Software Engineer to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supports program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.

• Investigates and resolves defects related to the developed software systems.

• Oversees the quality of test activities during the release of products to production.

• Acts as a resource to managers and employees in the organization.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Key Relationships:

• Supervision Received - PM, Technical Lead

• Supervision Given - Lower level individual contributors, including interns (technical guidance/oversight only)

• Internal Contacts - PM, Technical Lead

• External Contacts - Customer and/or Prime

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of related professional experience

• Exhibits technical and operational proficiency in the primary duties of the job family

• Advanced knowledge of general principles and practices of the functional area

• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines

• Advanced written and oral communications skills

• Ability to troubleshoot urgent production issues

• Proficient in developing software in one or more operating systems environment (Windows, Linux, etc)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Advanced time management and organizational skills

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Master's Degree preferred

Salary Range: 

$96,400.00 - $182,400.00
