We build, scale, and maintain MSI Orchestrate—our cloud-native workflow engine that seamlessly unifies video analytics, radio communications, access control, and smart sensors into automated, end-to-end ecosystem solutions.
Job Description
As a member of the Ecosystem Solutions Team, you will maintain, optimize, and expand the Orchestrate workflow platform and its ecosystem of internal and 3rd-party integrations. In this full-stack role, you will participate across the entire software development lifecycle—focusing on platform reliability, bug resolution, performance scaling, and connector maintenance across both front-end workflow interfaces and cloud-native microservices.

Experience with microservice design, event-driven architectures, and rule-based workflow engine maintenance
Experience with various database types and database tools (MongoDB, DynamoDB, CosmosDB)
Experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms
Experience with NodeJS, Angular, Vue, or React for web-based UI workflow builders
Familiar with defining, consuming, and maintaining robust APIs (REST, Webhooks, WebSockets)
Familiarity with caching and messaging platforms (Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ) is a plus
Working experience with modern full-stack CI/CD toolchains, platform monitoring (e.g., Datadog, CloudWatch), and test automation concepts
Proven ability to troubleshoot, refactor, and maintain production cloud software platforms to ensure high uptime and reliability
Strong understanding of API security, OAuth, and OS-level virtualization using both Docker and Kubernetes
