Cloud Project Manager (60-80%)

Currently, we are looking for a Cloud Project Manager (60-80%, part-time) to join our team in Switzerland. 

As a Cloud Project Manager, you will lead local and international cloud transformation projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring that each solution meets the highest standards. While most of your work can be done remotely, you're also willing to work on-site when needed.

Your daily responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of cloud projects – from planning and execution to delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality expectations
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable project plans
• Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams
• Proactively manage risks, timelines, resources and budgets
• Create project reports and status updates for clients and internal stakeholders
• Align with Nordcloud’s project management standards and best practices
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and project estimates
• Occasional travelling may be an option, depending on the assignment and your preferences

Your key skills:

• At least 2 years of experience managing IT projects, especially cloud and application migrations
• Basic understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) – certification or willingness to obtain one
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban – certifications are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills – able to present complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Confident in managing customer expectations, contracts, and project communications
• Proven experience leading teams and taking ownership of successful project delivery
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)
• Valid Swiss or EU passport or Swiss work permit
