• Participate in cloud infrastructure engineering using security best practices
• Design and scale cloud infrastructure services to serve diverse and complex customer requirements
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues like connectivity challenges, vpn installations & configuration
• Liaise with business owners and/or stakeholders to determine growth plans, provide analysis of as-is and to-be
• Enforce cloud security strategies and procedures best practices
• Execute service requests and document changes (such as new environment builds, major changes, version upgrades)
• Perform a wide range of system administration duties on core infrastructure, application, database, and other servers, including engineering, installation, break/fix troubleshooting, data protection and optimization
• Perform scopes of work as detailed in implementation plans assigned, such as, system builds, test plans, documentation, and training
• Implement and deploy data and cloud infrastructure, network, security projects, provide ongoing maintenance activities, and cloud engineering support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of DevOps Concepts like CI/CD, container orchestration, IaaC, Terraform, VPC, VPN, Interconnect, IPSEC
• Knowledge on Kubernetes, Docker, preferably Certified Kubernetes Administrator
• Good understanding of the Linux operating system
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments
• Experience with or willingness to learn platforms such as Cloudera, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
• At least 3 year experience in cloud/network/system/infrastructure architecture for onpremise or cloud environments
• Knowledge with Firewalls and ACLs (NSX, Cisco, Juniper, PaloAlto, Checkpoint, Fortinet)
• Cloud knowledge with proven experience in cloud infrastructure projects with hands on migration expertise on public clouds such as GCP, AWS and Azure
• Eagerness to continuously learn and grow within the role
