  • Coordinate and execute incident response activities, including containment, mitigation, and eradication of threats.
  • Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans of cloud environments to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
  • Monitor and enforce cloud security configurations and best practices.
  • Work closely with other teams to integrate security into the cloud development and operations lifecycle.

  • Evaluate and manage security vendors and service providers to ensure they meet the organization's security requirements.

What you need to succeed:
  • Experience working with Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud security solutions, ideally including experience with platforms like Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
  • Experience in cloud security operations, such as monitoring security alerts (using SIEM or other tools) and participating in incident response processes.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint security tools with exposure to EDR solutions like CrowdStrike Falcon
  • Understanding cloud environments (like AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security posture management principles. Experience with vulnerability scanning or security configuration checks is valuable.
  • Solid grasp of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls) and general IT security principles.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and troubleshoot security or network issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
