Coordinate architects, engineers, security, and application teams to execute discovery, readiness assessments, landing zone setup, and workload migration.
Oversee technical risk, dependency, and issue management while ensuring adherence to cloud architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and drive end‑to‑end AWS cloud migration programs, ensuring all technical workstreams, timelines, milestones, and deliverables are aligned with the defined migration roadmap.
- Coordinate closely with cloud architects, engineering teams, security, infrastructure, and application teams to execute discovery, application assessments, readiness analysis, landing zone setup, and workload migrations.
- Own technical project governance, including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issue management across multiple migration tracks.
- Ensure adherence to AWS cloud architecture best practices, security controls, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Track and report migration progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely decision‑making.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of migration outcomes.
