Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments. This role focuses on cloud platform engineering, infrastructure automation, security, and reliability, with strong exposure to modern cloud-native and containerized workloads.

·       Design and implement scalable cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure

·       Deploy and manage Azure resources including VMs, VNet, NSGs, AKS, Storage, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

·       Create cloud architecture and network diagrams using tools like Visio

·       Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments

·       Support and maintain Kubernetes-based container workloads (AKS)

·       Automate infrastructure provisioning using PowerShell and Azure CLI

·       Implement monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Datadog

·       Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives (rightsizing, reservations)

·       Implement cloud security controls (RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, Defender for Cloud)

·       Integrate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions

·       Ensure backup and disaster recovery using Azure Site Recovery

·       Manage incidents and changes using ServiceNow/Jira aligned with ITIL

·       Maintain technical documentation and runbooks

·       Lead stakeholder and client discussions

·       6–9 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering

·       Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS)

·       Experience with Azure networking (VNet, NSG, VPN)

·       Hands-on Kubernetes experience (AKS)

·       Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI

·       Strong understanding of cloud security and IAM

·       Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Datadog)

·       Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)

·       Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery

·       Azure certifications (Administrator / Architect / Security)

·       Multi-cloud exposure (AWS/GCP)

·       Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)

·       FinOps knowledge

·       Exposure to AIOps tools
