ResponsibilitiesTake the lead in developing innovative software platforms and frameworks, infusing your creative touch into platform automation and establishing seamless processes for upgrades and changes!
Ensure services are always performing at their peak, monitor system health with diligence, and constantly strive for impactful improvements that set new benchmarks
Scale systems with finesse through cutting-edge continuous deployment and automation techniques, elevating the possibilities of technology
Dive deep into research and implement exceptional design principles that amplify reliability and efficiency, keeping us ahead in innovation

Required/Basic QualificationsAssociates degree
2 years related work experience
In lieu of Associates degree(s) AND 2 year(s) related work experience listed above, 3 year(s) related work experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics (or Cloud Engineering related degree)
In addition to desired degree, 2 years related work experience
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and/or HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate
Previous Duke Energy Experience
Virtual Mobility Classification - Work will be performed from a remote location after the onboarding period. However, virtual employees should live within a reasonable commute to a Duke Energy facility.
