We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers. 

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and managing cloud environments to ensure seamless operations, with a specific focus on individuals experienced in on-premises to Azure server migrations and possessing working knowledge for setting up an Azure environment.

Responsibilities:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Azure platform management.
• Strong experience with Terraform for DevOps tasks.
• Proficiency in administering Databricks, including workspace setup and administration.
• Experience with Synapse for big data and analytics operations.
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including manual vs. in-database operations and complex SQL tasks.
• Experience with various API types, including testing with tools like Postman.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster status checks and cluster building.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) for efficient infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of platform administration, including IAM (security), security groups, perimeter security, and monitoring.
• Experience with networking configuration.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of AzureCloud experience.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Hands-on data migration, CI/CD, and DevOps experience.
• Cloud Security knowledge.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK preferred).
• Effective learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure experience.
• GCP knowledge.
• Databricks experience, including administration and workspace setup.
• Experience in Cisco VPN and Palo Alto firewalls.
• HIPAA knowledge.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $104,800 to $132,400 USD/annually, with a midpoint of $118,600. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
