Job Description- Administering and monitoring of enterprise Cloud environments (including subscriptions, identities, resource management, automation of processes and tasks)
- Monitoring and reporting on resource utilization and consumption related to the Cloud
- Preparing, updating and maintaining reports and workflows
- Preparing, updating and maintaining policies, guidelines and SOPs
- Provisioning and de-provisioning of development environments and DevOps projects
- Providing 2nd line support to client's application development teams in regards of Cloud Services and coordinating with 3rd line of support
- Participation in coordination and project meetings
- Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in the IT field, of which a minimum of 3 years must be relevant professional experience in cloud administration, cloud engineering, or a similar area.
- Technical knowledge of one or more enterprise Cloud technology services: Azure/AWS/Google Cloud (Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Mobile, Containers, Databases, Analytics, AI & Machine learning)
- Experience in building a range of Cloud services including compute, storage, network
- Excellent scripting skills and programming experience in the following languages: PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Go, Bash, Windows command prompt and object orientated programming languages
- Demonstrable experience of Linux administration and scripting (preferably Red Hat)
- Basic knowledge in administering Microsoft systems
- Deep knowledge of DevOps principles and Infrastructure-as-a-Service concepts and techniques
- Knowledge of Cloud security and compliance (e.g., Cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools)
- Experience in collaborating with multiple support groups
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes
- Good organizational and prioritizing skills
- A proactive attitude, team-work spirit, being self-motivated with a strong user orientation
- Good communication skills
- Able to cope with fast changing technologies
Specific Requirements
- Azure Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or operating Azure Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones based on the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
