AGE Solutions is seeking a Cloud Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring experience in cloud technologies, systems integration, and cybersecurity compliance frameworks while ensuring mission success. This role involves designing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures that meet DoD mission requirements, compliance standards, and emerging technology needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure
- Support cloud accreditation reviews and initiatives
- Support circuit connections to the CAP
- Facilitate technical discussions and meetings with various stakeholders
- Collaborate and communicate across teams.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ten (10) years of general experience with at least 5 years in Computer Science or related engineering field
- Have an active DoD Secret clearance
- DoD 8140 Role and Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II+ or Information Assurance Management (IAM) II+ Certification (i.e. CISSP, SecurityX, Security+ etc)
- Demonstrated expertise with at least one major cloud provider
- Experience with multiple CSPs is preferred
- Experience designing cloud infrastructure capable of supporting applications in the cloud with an emphasis on scalability, automation, performance and availability
- Experience leading and facilitating technical engagements with Government customers, contractors and CSPs
- Experience establishing and maintaining CAP circuit connections
- Possess the ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients
- Familiarity with Department of Defense security requirements as applied to their subject matter expertise
- Have experience working in an Information Technology environment similar in size (or larger) and scope
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications from Azure and AWS
Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000
This position is part of a pipeline for a future opportunity supporting a DoD customer. Employment is contingent upon contract award and government customer approval.
