- Monitor cloud computing services for performance and minimize service interruptions.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve cloud computing issues promptly.
- Perform backup, restoration, job scheduling, and system patching for cloud components.
- Monitor and report security breaches and unauthorized data access.
- Prepare and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Collect performance data to plan improvements for cloud computing systems.
- Lead the setup of a new cloud operations team, defining frameworks and SOPs.
- Execute troubleshooting and performance enhancements for cloud systems.
- Handle technical escalations and guide operations teams for complex incidents.
- Ensure cloud services and infrastructure are up and running, optimizing performance.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Proven experience in Azure Administration, Azure DevOps CI-CD, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of micro-services architecture and its functioning.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud auto-scaling, availability groups, and queuing.
- Knowledge of network connectivity options (site-to-site, direct connect, VPN).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Change, Incident, and Release Management.
- Relevant certifications: Azure Fundamental, AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a logical/analytical mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to work in shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
