About the Role
Redhorse transforms how the government uses data and technology. As a Cloud Developer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, integrity, and security of our clients' systems. You will be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of DevSecOps infrastructure, directly impacting mission-critical applications and services for our government partners. This is a high-impact role offering significant professional growth and exposure to advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and/or maintain operating systems, communications software, database packages, compilers, assemblers, and utility programs.
- Modify existing software and create special-purpose software to ensure efficiency and integrity between systems and applications.
- Design, deploy, test, certify, operate, patch, and address interoperability issues for DevSecOps infrastructure tools.
- Manage all operating systems, support libraries, components, and application dependencies within the DevSecOps environment.
Required Experience/Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in software development and cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices (CI/CD).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) required.
Desired Experience
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Experience with security best practices and DevSecOps tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Certifications in relevant cloud technologies.
