The Cloud Developer Sr serves as a technical architect and security gatekeeper for an AWS cloud hosting platform. This role ensures platform readiness for containerized applications and drives the development of automated pipelines to build, deploy, and monitor systems using “security-by-design” principles. The ideal candidate will lead cloud modernization efforts, support secure application delivery, and maintain compliance across infrastructure, platform, and application layers.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions and migrate existing on-premises applications to AWS environments.
Analyze applications and provide recommendations for cloud migration, deployment strategies, and performance optimization.
Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for building, deploying, and monitoring applications with integrated security controls.
Provide strategies for high availability, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and performance efficiency across cloud and hybrid environments.
Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, including service usage standards and onboarding of new technologies.
Ensure cloud environments meet availability, reliability, and uptime requirements.
Design and develop new cloud-based software products or enhance existing platforms.
Troubleshoot and debug cloud infrastructure, platforms, and application stacks.
