Why this role exists
Closing on a home is a big moment. Our Closing Coordinator helps make sure that moment—and everything leading up to it—feels organized, personal, and seamless.
You’ll guide homebuyers through the closing process with warmth, empathy, and excellent communication while working closely with our homebuilder and escrow team to keep every detail moving forward.
What you’ll spend your time doing
Guide homebuyers through the closing journey
Be a consistent, trusted point of connection for homebuyers, communicating with empathy, urgency, and care throughout the closing process.
Keep the details moving
Collaborate with the homebuilder and escrow officer to open orders, manage calendars, track important details, and ensure communication happens accurately and on time.
Build relationships along the way
Create a welcoming experience by communicating warmly and enthusiastically with homebuyers, team members, and partners throughout the process.
Make closing day memorable
Partner with the homebuilder to create a personalized, organized, and seamless closing-day experience that celebrates an exciting milestone for each homebuyer.
See each closing through from start to finish
Work alongside the escrow officer to keep files progressing, anticipate needs, solve problems, and adapt when plans change so the homebuyer and homebuilder are served with excellence.
How this connects to who we are
People matter
Behind every closing file is a person or family preparing for an important milestone. We want them to feel known, informed, and cared for throughout the process.
Details matter
Excellent closings depend on accuracy, organization, and follow-through. You’ll help make sure important details don't get overlooked.
The experience matters
We don't want closing to feel like just another transaction. You'll help create an experience that is warm, personal, and memorable.
What success looks like
Homebuyers know what to expect and feel well cared for throughout their closing journey. Communication is proactive and timely, files and calendars stay organized, and potential issues are addressed before they become bigger problems. Most importantly, closing day feels seamless and celebratory for the homebuyer.
