Responsible to ensure that all files have been evaluated and loans are closed in conformance with underwriting guidelines.
- Reviews each approved mortgage to determine that all conditions have been met prior to each closing.
- Responsible for completion of all closing documents as well as scheduling each loan closing, and having these documents typed and presentable prior to the closing date.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the borrower, real estate broker, and Title Company and be able to request and obtain specified and required documents for closing.
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of each document specific to each loan.
- Knowledgeable of the closing process and be able to answer any and all questions the borrower might have.
- Required to acquire and deliver all documents to the Title Company, real estate broker and lending officer for the closing keeping everyone informed.
- Record loan information in accordance with government standards.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years residential loan closing experience.
- Encompass Experience Preferred
- Must have experience with Bond Loans
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
