  • Negotiate stipulations with a comprehensive understanding of impacts to investors, managers, and rating agency modeling assumptions
  • Manage deal evolution while in-market; assess how changes to pricing, documentation, and terms affect structure and ensure updates are reflected in analysis and marketing materials
  • Partner closely with syndicate, analytics, and sales to deliver coordinated execution and high-quality client coverage
  • Lead client calls and clearly explain structural nuances and deal specifics (capital structure, documentation terms, collateral, key risks)
  • Take ownership on the marketing materials, ensuring quality control and consistency
  • Train, develop, and oversee junior team members; manage workflow and uphold analytical and execution standards
  • Contribute to business management, including monitoring desk performance and communicating priorities to senior management

  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong ownership mindset in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with rating agency criteria and the CLO ratings process
